Does farming impact water more than water impacts farming?

East Wicklow Rivers Trust would like to welcome landowners and members of the farming community to this event.
Edward Burgess, Agricultural Catchment Specialist with Teagasc, will give a presentation on what he has learned from 15 years of research in water quality on six intensively monitored agricultural catchments, and policy changes over that time.
Eoghan O’Brien, ASSAP Advisor with Teagasc, will discuss funding available for targeted actions on farms to maintain and/or imrpove water quality.
